At Thomas William Jewellery, we take pride in our work and take care of our customers. In order to establish a high quality service, we have implemented a few standard policies below to ensure our backs are covered and our customers are happy
After the initial design consultation, we request a 50% deposit to proceed with the work. Deposits are non-refundable unless orders are cancelled within 7 days. If material goods have been left as a deposit (e.g. gold or stones), these materials will be retained by Thomas William Jewellery until a sum equal to the deposit amount agreed has been paid in full and cleared. If the monetary amount is not paid, these material goods will become the property of Thomas William Jewellery and used to recover costs.
We take your personal data security very seriously at Thomas William Jewellery and have taken great care to ensure that we do not share your personal data and/or card information with any third parties. We will only use your basic information to contact you regarding products and services that you may be interested in.
At Thomas William Jewellery we guarantee our work against any manufacturing faults for one year after the date of purchase. We make every effort to ensure that our products are fit for purpose and of the highest quality, but in the rare case that you are not satisfied please do not hesitate to contact us.
Thomas William Jewellery reserves the right to refuse refunds, replacements, or repairs if we believe that the item has been mistreated or damaged beyond normal wear and tear.
While in our possession, your items are stored securely and are fully insured by T.H March Specialist Jewellery Insurance. In the unlikely event that items are lost or stolen, a full replacement or financial settlement will be agreed through T.H March Insurance.
